Terms & Conditions

By requesting service from Lockout Vehicle Rescue, the customer agrees to the following terms:

1. Proof of Ownership Required

Customer must provide valid ID and proof of vehicle ownership or legal access before services are performed.

2. Service Liability Policy

While all precautions are taken to avoid damage, the customer acknowledges that unlocking a vehicle carries minor risks (such as scratches or weatherstripping separation).
Lockout Vehicle Rescue is insured and will review claims involving accidental damage directly caused by our technician.

3. Damage Claims

Any damage claim must be reported immediately after service, while the technician is still present. Claims submitted after service completion may not be honored.

4. Insurance Disclaimer

Our insurance covers unintentional damage caused during service. It does not cover pre-existing damage, unrelated mechanical issues, or electrical malfunctions.

5. Customer Presence

The customer must be present during the unlock unless prior arrangements have been made. We will not service unattended vehicles without proper consent and ID verification.

6. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if we cannot verify ownership, if the situation seems unlawful, or if technician safety is at risk.

7. Payment Policy

Payment is due immediately upon completion of service. Accepted methods: Cash, Apple Pay, Cash App, or other approved processors.
